The Woolie Ewe has been in existence since 1989 serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and US with knitting and crochet help, supplies and classes. Due to the needs of our vast loyal customer base we have grown from a very small shop into our current location at 1301 Custer Road, Suite 328, Plano, Texas, 75075. We are in Pitman Corners Shopping Center which is located on the southwest corner of 15th Street and Custer Road in Plano. The Woolie Ewe enjoys the reputation of having the highest quality products, most current designs, innovative techniques and an extensive product line .

String’s the Thing! – Continuing in 2010
The Woolie Ewe will host renowned knitting teachers and designers. The Woolie Ewe is thrilled bring knitting professionals in to expand our knitting prowess. We have many really exciting things planned for the 2010
and ahead. You won’t want to miss any of our surprises so check back often.

The Woolie Ewe carries the yarns and patterns of Sirdar, Debbie Bliss, Louisa Harding, Prism, Plymouth, Classic Elite, Noro, Regia, Berroco, Skacel, Crystal Palace, Lorna’s Laces and many more. We offer a large selection of notions for
knitting, crochet, and needlefelting projects from Bryspun, Clover, Crystal Palace, Lantern Moon, Skacel and local artisans. We carry the full line of Skacel crochet hooks as well as the Addi-Turbo, Addi-Lace, Addi-Natura and the NEW
ADDI-CLICKS knitting needles.

We offer Elizabeth Bradley Needlepoint kits. Expert finishing for all your large or small needlepoint projects is available upon request. Classes are available in knitting and crochet. We offer both private or group class formats. Private lessons are taught by appointment. Class projects are additional and are student’s choice within skill levels for any class. Seating is limited so be sure to sign up early. Tuition is due at registration for all classes and is non-refundable to guarantee your registration.

Special Orders will happily be placed upon request with any of our suppliers. Due to yarn color selection or project quantity requirements this may be necessary. We highly recommend that hand-dyed yarns for projects requiring multiple hanks be special ordered in the quantity needed due to the unique color variances from one dye lot to the next to achieve an even color intensity. Special orders require prepayment, are non-refundable and may not be canceled.

Website color cards. We stock a wide color selection in each yarn we carry but at times may find it necessary to special order a particular color or quantity to fit your project needs. Returns or Exchanges will be issued for store credit only, and must be accompanied by our store receipt.

Returned yarns must have original labels, be shelf-ready, smoke free, current stock, and UNUSED with receipt within 90 days of original purchase. No returns for store credit or exchanges will be made on yarns USED, missing labels, baby yarns, hank yarns that have been shop or hand wound, or sale yarns. ALL special orders, software, notions, needles, patterns, pattern books, and kits are specifically excluded. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Order Shipping charges and standard method are USPS Priority Mail Service. UPS shipping is available upon request
and the additional charges are invoiced at cost. In some instances shipping may be delayed due to various supply
constraints on behalf of the distributors and/or manufacturers. Delays on items out of stock, special orders or hand-dyed yarns could take from several weeks to months to arrive depending on the given situation. Should an exceptional delay occur you will be notified by email and offered the choice of your order being placed on
backorder or a comparable product substitution if possible. Backorders are filled in date order sequence once the product is received by us. All orders will be filled as the product becomes available unless we receive written notification of cancellation. In the situation of partial shipments only applicable product charges and proportionate shipping charges will be processed. Shipping charges will not exceed those of the original order unless upgraded service or additional product is requested.
